Ambassadors of Bodoland
Welcome to a seven-day tour to Bodoland, where travel writers and social media influencers will get an opportunity to experience life in this enchanting world of diversities, visit tourist attractions and national parks, participate in various adventure sports and attend the Dwijing river festival.
The role of Ambassador of Bodoland is a live-in position with flexible working hours. Key responsibilities include exploring the region to discover what the area has to offer. During the journey you can tweet, blog, take pictures or publish your experiences in real time on to your favorite media. To ensure that the world gets to know about your experiences, the updates will also be featured on this website. Your trip will culminate in a Bloggers Meet where participants get to interact with fellow bloggers and writers in the region.
The selected bloggers – the Ambassadors of Bodoland – will be required to report back on their adventures to organizers via daily blogs, photo diary, video, comments, updates, and ongoing media interviews. On offer is a unique opportunity to experience and help promote the river festival, Dwijing and explore the Manas National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Other duties may include promoting various other locations of Assam while living with and participating in the life of the communities.
The tour will kick off on Saturday, December 29, and conclude on Friday, January 4.
Stay tuned to experience more of Bodoland!
